With therapy, you explore your story and your childhood in a whole new way, so you really understand what made you who you are today. It starts with a clinical (medical) diagnosis, then focuses on reducing your symptoms and healing. It’s a journey of exploration that we do together, but the focus is entirely on you, without judgement. I am naturally a deeply empathic person, and I’m trained to provide you the space to explore ways of being that enable you to understand yourself so that you can be your best self.
